Jessie Reyez - Blue Ribbon

Going all out for the "Blue Ribbon" music video, Jessie Reyez gets a little crazy! This single off of her most recent EP Kiddo is a lively compilation of crazy stage moments, crowd surfing, and unforgettable behind the scenes footage of the singer. It's a bold song for the normally somber songstress however it's a refreshing turn that shows diversity in her artistry and fans seem to agree! It's a fun video that depicts another unsolicited side Jessie while also giving an inside look at some of the intimate details that goes into what she does for her career such as making hand painted T-shirts. 

This Canadian-Columbian singer-songwriter is soul bearing in her music and with her audience. She gained notoriety for the music video for her song "Gatekeeper" which depicts music industry sexism as she sings about an experience she had as a young female trying to make it big in the music industry. She's been compared to greats such as Amy Winehouse for her ability to give gut-wrenchingly beautiful, brutally honest performances.
