This is Chela. An australian disco/pop queen who seems to be channeling the ladies of the 80s...in the best way. She has recently teamed up with her pals in Clubfeet on their single "Heartbreak" featured in the video above, and I suggest you check it out. It makes you feel alive. You know you want to dance around the room. Do it!

She has recently released her own video (featured below) for her single "Full Moon." Be sure to watch it. I've never seen someone move quite the way she does.
